Terms & Conditions — 2jey Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2jey ("2jey", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://2jey.cam and all associated services, features, games, betting markets and promotional content offered therein.

2jey is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and related interactive content. The platform is operated for adult users only. By creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any activity on the platform, you expressly agree to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 2jey.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the 2jey platform, through which all gaming, betting and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bets or other incentive amounts credited to a User's Account subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age and address verification, required before withdrawals may be processed or other account functions unlocked.
• "Platform" — the 2jey website, its mobile-optimised version and any associated applications or services made available to Users.
• "Services" — all gaming content, sports betting markets, live casino tables, promotional features, support services and any other offerings made available through the Platform.
• "Transaction" — any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, bonus credit or other financial movement recorded on a User's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn, as specified in individual bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory or country in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, operator policy or licensing restrictions.

To register and maintain an Account on 2jey, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your local law, whichever is greater. 2jey strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to confirm whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 2jey does not represent that the use of its services is legal in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
4. Single Account: You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
5. Own Identity: You must register using your own personal information and must not impersonate any other individual or use a fictitious identity.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or on sanctions lists: You confirm that you are not subject to financial sanctions and are not a politically exposed person as defined under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your legal full name, valid email address, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 2jey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

You must notify 2jey support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 2jey reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

2jey reserves the right to refuse any account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

By accessing and using the 2jey Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial purpose.
• You will not use any software, bot, script, crawler or other automated tool to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes or extract data without prior written consent from 2jey.
• You accept that all games and sports markets on the Platform are provided "as is" and may be subject to technical interruptions, maintenance periods or modification without prior notice.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk and that you may lose money. 2jey makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, win rate or profitability.
• You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party when using the Platform and that all funds deposited belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• You will not attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform or exploit any vulnerability, glitch or error in the games or systems.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your use of the Platform.

2jey reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you are in breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

All financial transactions on the 2jey Platform are subject to the following terms:

6.1 Deposits. Deposits may only be made using payment methods currently available in the Platform's cashier. Availability of specific payment options — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers or other methods — is subject to change without prior notice. These payment provider names are referenced as familiar Pakistani financial services and do not imply their endorsement of, affiliation with or support for gambling. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within timelines that vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. 2jey reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full.

6.3 Currency. Where amounts are referenced on the Platform, Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) may be used as the display currency. Actual account currency and any applicable conversion rates are determined at the time of transaction as displayed in the cashier.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 2jey is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to hold, delay or refuse any transaction that we have reasonable grounds to suspect is connected with unlawful activity. All suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

2jey may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless superseded by specific bonus terms:

• All promotional offers are subject to separate terms specifying the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, expiry period and maximum withdrawal limits.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• 2jey reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• One promotional offer per household, IP address or device unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional figures referenced on this Platform — including PKR amounts in offer examples — are illustrative only and are not guaranteed as live or current offers. Always verify current offer terms in the active promotions section of your Account.
• Abuse of promotions, including collusion, bonus-hunting strategies or use of multiple accounts to claim offers, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to permanent Account suspension.
• 2jey reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and related winnings if it determines that a player has breached bonus terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jey Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using any Account in the name of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or verification information.
• Using automated software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, odds feeds or the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider information exploitation or cheating in connection with any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or glitches in the Platform's systems or game engines.
• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, software, data or materials from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 2jey.

All content on the 2jey Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphical elements, software, game content, text, images, trademarks and service marks, is the proprietary property of 2jey or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, broadcast, modify, adapt or distribute any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of our rights and the rights of our licensors and may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 2jey provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• 2jey does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• 2jey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds, or loss of profits.
• 2jey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

2jey is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively encourages responsible play. The following tools and policies are part of our responsible gambling framework:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds to help manage their gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time reminders and automatic logout features.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling may request a self-exclusion period — ranging from a defined period to permanent exclusion — by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly.

We collect only the personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

You may exercise your data rights — including access, correction, deletion and portability where applicable — by contacting our support team as set out in the Privacy Policy and in Section 15 of these Terms.

2jey reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We may also notify registered Users by email or via a prominent in-Platform notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jey is incorporated or licensed, as determined by the operator. The applicable governing jurisdiction is identified in the operator's licensing documentation.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 2jey's customer support team by submitting a formal complaint via the support email listed in Section 15.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints procedure within a reasonable time, further escalation options may be available depending on the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Details of any applicable escalation process will be provided upon request.
